Nick Sternberg is the Managing Partner of West Lane Capital Partners, bringing 25+ years across investment banking, private equity, and operating leadership. He previously served as COO of Capital Brands (owner of NutriBullet and Magic Bullet), was a founding partner at mid-market PE firm Creo Capital Partners, and began his career at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley advising public companies on M&A and capital raises. A former businessowner who has completed a sale process himself, Nick pairs investor discipline with operator insight. He holds an MBA (Honors) from Columbia Business School, is a South African Chartered Accountant, and is Chariman of the board of St. Jude’s LA chapter.
